BOOKING REQUIREMENTS :
All appointments are final and cannot be rescheduled. Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking. Initial appointments require a non- refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is then deducted from your final amount on the day of your procedure.
Please note: When you are booking your very first annual touch up for permanent cosmetics, you will want to choose a touch up option based on how much time has passed since your initial appointment, not your follow up appointment. If booked incorrectly, the system will automatically adjust it for you and resend a new confirmation email.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are forfeit and a charge of the treatment price will be applied if the client does not to show up to their appointment. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule, and it will be considered a cancellation. That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the procedure properly. The time cannot be “made up” by rushing or omitting important steps.
PAYMENT FOR APPOINTMENTS:
Deposits can be made through the online booking system with paypal or any major credit card. Remaining balances can be paid on the day of your appointment with cash, credit or e-transfer. If paying by cash, please bring the appropriate amount to your appointment.
